Remain calm.

My fellow Americans,
These are hard times, but together, we can continue to persevere. Even as this radio broadcast is recorded, National Guard units and Emergency Militarized Police forces are mobilizing in all major cities across this great country, to lend government aid, and protection from the infected, and top scientists are continuing work on an effective vaccine. All around the world, other governments in other countries are doing the same, recovering from this terrible epidemic. Some National Guard Units and Special Military teams are working on repairing our communications network even now. in the next several weeks, your area may receive limited and sporadic power, water and sewage services, as well as limited internet and cell phone coverage.
When the emergency personal arrive, please remain in your homes, or inside other buildings. Follow all instructions. Because of the nature of the emergency, any citizen not following orders will be immediately shot with the intent to kill. The Martial Law initiated at the beginning of this outbreak is still in effect. Follow all orders given by any military, or members of the Special Militarized Police force (SMP) immediately, and remain calm, rescue is on the way.

after 4 seconds, the radio beeps 12 times, enters into "this is an emergency, please remain calm, stand by for an important emergency broadcast... standby..." in then beeps 6 times, and the message above repeats.
